DANIEL P. JUENGST RAILROAD AND POST OFFICE BUILDING

This historic structure once served as Willington’s Post Office. During the Willington restoration project, the building served as a visitor center and bookshop.

Later it became home to Daniel Juengst’s model train collection. Juengst and friend Russell Judd completed a model train village of 1915 Willington, a railroad town, complete with working HO scale train and other railroad artifacts. The diorama now resides in the History Center.

Exhibits here include the original post office boxes, vintage letters, and other postal memorabilia.
