Juneteenth Festival

Join us for a vibrant and joyous Juneteenth Celebration, a day dedicated to honoring freedom, culture, and resilience. This event is a powerful tribute to the spirit of emancipation, commemorating the end of slavery in the United States and celebrating African American history, heritage, and achievements. Immerse yourself in a rich tapestry of music, dance, art, and food that reflects the beauty and diversity of the Black experience. From inspiring speakers and live performances to cultural exhibits and family activities, our Juneteenth Celebration is a time for the community to come together in unity, reflection, and joy. Don’t miss this uplifting event—come celebrate freedom and the ongoing journey toward equality! Location is the WOTW Bookshop parking lot for an outdoor event, food vending available also.
